I like Matron of Honor and Maiden of Honor...if your Matron of Honor is married and you want to give them both basically the "same" honor. I like the Man of Honor and the Honorable Man.
Host Couple names: I like, Man and Lady of the House or Lord and Lady.
As for the Personal Attendant, I like Bride's Assistant because they do much more than "dress the bride" so you should give them the proper title for what they are going to do.
